At Lifestage Counselling & Wellness, I offer thoughtful, client-centred support to help you navigate life’s changes with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence. Whether you’re facing anxiety, personal transitions, grief, or simply want to understand yourself more deeply, counselling can be a meaningful step forward. I provide a safe, respectful space where you can speak openly and feel heard without judgment. Each session is tailored to your needs and goals, and we move at a pace that feels right for you. Most importantly, this is your time to pause, reflect, and take the steps you need to grow and heal.
I currently work with youth aged 14–18 (with parental consent) and adults of all ages, with a particular interest in supporting individuals over 50.

I work with individuals aged 14 and older, navigating a wide range of challenges—stress, anxiety, life transitions, personal identity, and more. Online counselling offers a flexible, secure space where you can talk openly, whether from your home or wherever you feel most at ease.
